Graham Downes, AIA RIBA, has practiced internationally for over twenty years and started his own practice in Southern California in 1994 to focus on commercial projects with challenging design profiles. Downes has a vision for new, emerging urban districts and his real estate goal is to acquire, design and develop inner-city commercial and multi-family residential properties that may revitalize transitional or blighted downtown areas.

Jim Torti, PhD, has been involved in fashion, design and branding for consumer products and building companies since 1989. Specializing in over business development and development services related to all urban properties, Torti applies his acuity and judgment for site selection, acquisition, and negotiating skills and relationship management to the company's operation strategies.

Bruce Tremearne is a qualified quantity survey and construction cost accountant. He has managed construction projects for over twenty years, both in South Africa and the United States. Tremearne's interests are to provide improved conditions and alternative options for worker housing and working environments in urban market sectors. he oversees construction management and cost control for the development projects.
