MAIN-11 is a proposed mixed-use development on an eleven-acre parcel on Main Street, immediately north of Downtown Las Vegas. The project involves the rezoning and entitlement of land formerly occupied by a trailer park. The new project will revitalize the immediate area by providing a thriving and vital community with over 425 residential units in high-density, yet low-rise buildings. Also included are facilities for over 30,000 s.f. of retail/office, ample surface and below-grade parking and amenities. The development targets much-needed workforce housing for the Downtown, Strip and Government center. The project received an AIA Citation Award for design in the Unbuilt category in 2007.
